Nicholas Lewin has served as a director of Establishment Labs Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESTA) since September 2015, and as its chairman since December 2017. He has been a Managing Member and Head of Investments at Crown Predator Holdings LLC since 2008 and has been a private investor since 2000. Mr. Lewin has also served as a director of Cutera Inc. (Nasdaq: CUTR) since May 2023, as a director of FaZe Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: FAZE) since July 2022, and as a director of Halo Maritime Defense Systems since 2007. Mr. Lewin holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Lewin was nominated to serve on the New Allurion Board due to his experience as an investor in, and director of, innovative companies, including health care and medical device companies.
